Fundraising Events

Fundraising events are an integral part of the Carnegie Gallery’s continued existence and ongoing success. Fundraising activities have also allowed the Dundas Art & Craft Association to acquire ownership of the historical Carnegie building – home to the Carnegie Gallery – which had been declared surplus by the City of Hamilton in 2005.

Examples of past fundraising events include the Freewheelin’ Concerts Series which has been hosted at the Carnegie Gallery for 5+ years. Our successful Mug-a-thon fundraiser where, for a $20 donation, you can receive a mug created and generously donated by one of the area’s top potters. Our largest annual fundraiser is the Secret Gardens Tours held in May each year since 1993.
