The 27th annual Arts Dundas Weekend celebrates all forms of arts culture in the local community, including music, dance, poetry, theatre, history, and visual art. The festival is a collaboration of many local arts groups, coordinated by the Carnegie Gallery. Join us for the weekend of October 31 to November 3, 2013 for a jam-packed schedule of FREE events, suitable for adults and kids alike!

Thursday October 31, 2013
Art Walk
Walk along King Street and see Carnegie Artist Member’s works accompanied by Tower Poetry Society’s poems in storefront windows on between Sydenham Street and Cross Street starting Saturday October 26 through to Wednesday November 5.
(Guided Art Walk and Tea on Sunday November 3rd)

Dundas Little Theatre Production “Ghosts of ”1812”
Revel in local history told with an uncanny story, rich folklore and song.
$18 in advance, $13 for seniors/students on Thursdays.

Emerging Artists Competition
Cast a vote for your favourite piece of local, emerging artwork and help determine the winner!
Voting will be open until Sunday November 3 at 4:30pm, the winner will be announced at the 5pm reception.

Estate Sale – Dundas Valley School of Art
There are hundreds of treasures waiting to be found at the DVSA Giant Estate Sale. There is everything from Asian antiques to paintings, clothes, china, jewellery, and silver.

Join us for a guided tour of the Kings Street Art Walk. Beautiful pieces by Carnegie Artists accompanied by poems written by the Tower Poetry Society. The walking tour will finish at the Carnegie Gallery, where tea will be served courtesy of Coco Tea Co. and the TPS will share more poetry.
