jewellery demonstration by Bowinkelmann and contra bass concert by Michael Moritti, Arts Dundas 2006

The first Arts Dundas weekend was organized in 1987, with the goal of raising and has since become an annual event. It's main purpose was to raise awareness of the very active arts community in Dundas, Ontario, both amateur and professional in all disciplines. It would also provide visitors with an opportunity to meet the many artists and craftspeople and to enjoy different events in the lovely surroundings of our valley town (now the community of Dundas in the City of Hamilton). Arts Dundas has since become an annual event made possible by the staff and Board of the Carnegie Gallery. Don't miss the joint exhibition with the Dundas Museum and Archives (see Events page) and various demonstrations at the Carnegie throughout the weekend (see Map for location).
